2. PRODUCTS & CONDITION Many of our appliances may be graded, refurbished, or open-box unless stated otherwise. Minor cosmetic marks may be present but do not affect functionality. We make every effort to accurately describe product condition.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided. 

 5. LOCAL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION If installation or positioning assistance is provided, it is done at customer risk. We are not responsible for plumbing or electrical compatibility in the customer’s property. 

 6. RETURNS & REFUNDS Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Used or installed appliances cannot be returned unless faulty. 

 7. WARRANTY Seller warranty (if provided) covers mechanical and electrical faults only. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.

 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GG Appliances Widnes shall not be liable for: • Loss of food • Water leaks • Laundry costs • Property damage • Indirect or consequential losses 

 9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. 

 10. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of any changes.
